- Approval
- The executive approves anything sent outside.
- Hey, I need to travel to Arequipa on Tuesday and come back Wednesday night. Move whatever clashes.
- Understood. Your Tuesday 10:00 meeting with Camila clashes. I suggest moving it to Monday at 4:00 p.m., which is free. Flights: out Tuesday 7:10 a.m. (S/ 612.00) and back Wednesday 8:30 p.m. (S/ 590.00), total S/ 1,202.00. Shall I hold them as an option and write to Camila?
- Yes, those flights. And write to Camila.
- Itinerary ready. The message to Camila goes outside, so it waits for your OK: "Camila, can we move our Tuesday meeting to Monday at 4:00 p.m.?" I don’t buy anything: you confirm the booking.
01 · What it does
The work it takes off your desk.
- Keeps your calendar in order, proposes times and warns you when two meetings clash.
- Prepares each meeting with a summary of the person, recent emails and open items.
- Drafts replies to your emails in your tone, for you to review.
- Organizes your travel: finds flight and hotel options and builds the itinerary, without buying anything.
- Sends you a summary of the day each morning with meetings, calls and things to decide.
02 · How it works
Step by step.
- 01
Reviews
Reads your calendar, your email and your notes for the day.
- 02
Prepares
Builds the summary for each meeting and the draft replies.
- 03
Shows you
Nothing goes out in your name without your approval: it messages you on WhatsApp with the draft ready.
03 · Approvals
What goes out alone and what goes through a person.
It starts supervised: everything it drafts or schedules goes to the executive first. With evidence, it moves to by exception: the calendar and meeting prep run on their own, and anything sent outside still needs the executive’s approval. It never buys tickets or confirms bookings with a card: a person does that.

05 · Hours given back
What it is worth, in hours and dollars.
Example: with 30 meetings a week and 10 minutes of preparation and coordination per meeting, it gives back 5 hours a week (30 × 10 = 300 minutes). At your team’s loaded cost, your dashboard shows it in US$.
06 · Questions
About this coworker.
Can it reply to emails in my name?
It drafts the reply in your tone. Anything that goes outside, you approve before it leaves.
Can it book and pay for flights?
No. It finds options and builds the itinerary; a person books and pays.
What does it see of my email and calendar?
Only what the accounts and permissions you connect allow. If you remove the permission, it stops seeing that mailbox or calendar.
