- Legal approves every draft.
- Sergio, the lease for the Arequipa office expires in 60 days and renews on its own for one year, with 30 days’ prior notice. The current rent is S/ 6,800.00 a month. Shall I prepare the renewal draft or the non-renewal one?
- Renewal, with rent of S/ 7,100.00 and the same term.
- Draft ready with your renewal template: rent of S/ 7,100.00 a month, one year. I highlighted two clauses that depart from the template: the annual adjustment and the early-exit penalty. I sent it to Legal for approval.
- Perfect, I’ll wait for Mariela’s sign-off.
01 · What it does
The work it takes off your desk.
- Reads your current contracts and records parties, term, amounts, automatic renewal and notice periods.
- Warns the owner, with the lead time you set, before each expiration or automatic renewal.
- Drafts from your templates with the counterparty’s details, the price and the terms.
- Compares one version against another and highlights what changed.
- Files the signed version in your Drive with its record: parties, dates and owner.
02 · How it works
Step by step.
- 01
Records
Reads your contracts and builds a record with parties, term, amount and notice periods.
- 02
Drafts
Fills in your template with the new contract’s details and highlights what departs from it.
- 03
Hands to Legal
Legal reviews and approves every draft. Then a person signs it and the agent files the signed version.
03 · Approvals
What goes out alone and what goes through a person.
It starts supervised: every draft goes through Legal first. With evidence, it moves to by exception: expiration alerts and filing run on their own, and Legal still approves every draft. It never signs a contract: a person always signs it, with their own signature or credentials.

05 · Hours given back
What it is worth, in hours and dollars.
Example: with 8 drafts a month and 90 minutes to build each one by hand from the template, it gives back 12 hours a month (8 × 90 = 720 minutes), not counting Legal’s review. At your team’s loaded cost, your dashboard shows it in US$.
06 · Questions
About this coworker.
Can it sign or accept a contract?
No. It drafts and files; a person always signs.
Does it replace my lawyer?
No. Legal approves every draft. The agent saves the work of building it and tracking dates, not the legal judgment.
What does it do with the contracts I already have as PDFs?
It reads them, extracts parties, term and notice periods, and shows you the record to confirm. If a detail is unclear, it leaves it blank instead of guessing.
