What people ask before they sign.
- What is an interaction?
- One full turn of the agent: read, prepare and reply. A heavy report counts as 10. Above your allowance, each extra interaction costs US$ 0.05 on Team and US$ 0.04 on Business.
- Who pays for WhatsApp?
- Meta bills messages directly to your company's WhatsApp Business account, at cost. We add no margin.
- Is there a lock-in?
- Not on the monthly plan. And if you don't see the result we agreed within 60 days, we refund the setup.
- Do prices include VAT?
- No. They are in US dollars before Peruvian IGV, and we invoice in soles at the day’s exchange rate.
- What if I want to leave one day?
- You take your roles, skills, tests and records in open formats with the Exit Kit.
