- On this site, only what you send when you write to us: name, email and company. In the service, the messages, documents and records your company connects; there we act as your company's data processor.

- To reply to you and to provide the service your company signs up for. We do not sell data or use it to train models.
- Where
- With the providers listed on the Security page, mainly in the United States.
- How long
- Audio, 30 days. Transcripts, 12 months. Audit trail, 5 years. Your company can agree on different terms.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, cancellation and objection, under Peru Law 29733. Write to privacidad@vimdo.com and we reply within the legal deadlines.
