The product
What is an AI coworker?
An assistant with a defined role (for example, Accounts Payable), an owner in your company and its own permissions. It works in your WhatsApp and email, and asks for approval before anything important.
Does my team have to install anything?
No. They message it on WhatsApp or by email, like a colleague, and can send voice notes, photos and documents.
Does it say it is AI?
Always: in the first message, in its profile and in every email signature. It never passes itself off as a person.
How does it learn?
Your team teaches it with documents, voice notes, worked examples and corrections. Anything uploaded is quoted information, never an instruction that changes its rules.
Does it remember what people tell it?
Yes, with audience rules: it only uses what everyone in the conversation is allowed to see. Anyone can ask what it knows about them.

Control and security
Can it move money?
No. It prepares payments and batches, and a person signs them with their own bank token.
Who approves what it does?
Each agent has an approver. It starts supervised and earns autonomy only with evidence, per type of action.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your data is yours and is not used to train models, ours or anyone else’s.
Can another company see my data?
No. Every company is isolated, with its own encryption key, and we test that in every release.

Getting started
How long does it take to start?
Two weeks for the first agent in supervised mode: we connect your email and WhatsApp, load your documents and teach it with real cases.
Does it work with my ERP?
It connects directly to SAP Business One. With other ERPs, the agent leaves a file ready to load.
Does it use my company's WhatsApp number?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp API and your company's number. It never reads anyone's personal WhatsApp.
How do I measure results?
In your dashboard: man-hours saved, in US$ at your team's loaded cost, and open items closed and verified.

Pricing and contract
How is it priced?
Per agent per month, with no platform fee up to 1,999 people and unlimited users inside your company.
Is there a lock-in?
Not on the monthly plan. If you don't see the agreed result within 60 days, we refund the setup.
What if I want to leave?
You take your roles, skills, tests and records in open formats.
