05 · How it learns
Your team teaches it. You see what it learned.
Whatever someone uploads is information it quotes, never an instruction that changes its rules. Only its owner changes the rules.
Documents
Policies, chart of accounts, price lists, contracts. It quotes them with the source.
Voice notes
“When an invoice from this supplier arrives, check the delivery note.” It becomes a written rule you can read and edit.
Corrections
Each time its manager corrects something, the agent learns it and the correction is saved as a test.
Tests
Before any change of rules or model, the agent re-solves your cases. If it gets worse, the change does not ship.
