- Always prepares. A person signs the payment at the bank.
- Marcos, I prepared Thursday’s payment batch with 14 supplier invoices for S/ 186,420.00. Your projected balance for Thursday is S/ 241,300.00, so S/ 54,880.00 remains after payment. Two invoices are due Friday: I put them last in case you prefer to move them.
- Take the Imprenta Lima invoice out of the batch. It gets paid next week.
- Done. The batch is now 13 invoices for S/ 177,500.00 and the projected balance rises to S/ 63,800.00. The file is attached: you upload it and sign it yourself at the bank.
- Got it, I’ll sign today.
01 · What it does
The work it takes off your desk.
- Reads the bank statements of every account, in soles and in dollars.
- Matches each movement against the ERP and lists the items that don’t reconcile.
- Builds the weekly cash flow with expected receipts and payments coming due.
- Prepares supplier payment batches as a file for a person to upload and sign at the bank.
- Separates detraction deposits and bank fees so the reconciliation closes.
02 · How it works
Step by step.
- 01
Reads
Imports the statements of your accounts and the ERP movements.
- 02
Reconciles
Matches movement by movement and leaves a short list of differences, each with its likely cause.
- 03
Prepares
Builds the week’s cash flow and the payment batch, and leaves them ready for the person who signs.
03 · Approvals
What goes out alone and what goes through a person.
It starts supervised: every reconciliation and every batch goes through Treasury first. With evidence, it moves to by exception: reconciliations that match close on their own and only differences reach a person. It always prepares and never pays: a person uploads the batch and signs it at the bank, with their own credentials.

05 · Hours given back
What it is worth, in hours and dollars.
Example: with 5 bank accounts, 12 minutes of manual reconciliation per account each business day and 22 business days a month, it gives back 22 hours a month (5 × 12 × 22 = 1,320 minutes). At your team’s loaded cost, your dashboard shows it in US$.
06 · Questions
About this coworker.
Can it send a payment from my bank?
No. It prepares the batch as a file and a person uploads and signs it at the bank, with their own credentials.
Does it need my online banking credentials?
No. It works with the bank statements you share and does not use your online banking credentials.
What does it do when something doesn’t match?
It puts it on a list of differences, with the bank movement and the ERP record side by side, for a person to resolve. It adjusts nothing on its own.
