Tax Compliance
Tax Compliance keeps your SUNAT calendar, calculates detractions, withholdings and perceptions, and prepares the electronic ledgers for a person to file.

- Always prepares. A person files with their own SUNAT credentials.
- Alberto, the purchases and sales registers for the month are prepared and the due date is in 6 days. One difference: invoice E001-882 from Servicios Agrícolas Sur for S/ 14,500.00 has no detraction recorded, and S/ 1,450.00 applies. Shall I add it to the calculation?
- Yes, add it. And leave me the summary to review.
- Added: the month’s detractions total S/ 6,920.00 across 5 invoices. I left the ledgers and the summary in Drive. You file the return yourself with your Clave SOL.
- Perfect, I’ll review them today.
01 · What it does
The work it takes off your desk.
- Keeps the SUNAT due-date calendar by the last digit of your RUC and warns you ahead of time.
- Calculates the detraction on each invoice by type of operation and amount.
- Calculates withholdings and perceptions and matches them against what is booked in your ledgers.
- Prepares the electronic ledgers (purchases and sales registers) for review.
- Flags differences between the ledgers, the detractions and what was filed the month before.
02 · How it works
Step by step.
- 01
Watches
Keeps the SUNAT calendar and warns of each due date days ahead.
- 02
Calculates and prepares
Calculates detractions, withholdings and perceptions and builds the electronic ledgers.
- 03
Hands it over
Leaves everything ready and flagged. A person reviews and files with their own Clave SOL.
03 · Approvals
What goes out alone and what goes through a person.
It starts supervised: every calculation and every ledger goes through Accounting first. With evidence, it moves to by exception: the calendar and the alerts go out on their own, and only differences reach a person. It always prepares and never files: a person files the return with their own Clave SOL and pays the taxes from their bank.

05 · Hours given back
What it is worth, in hours and dollars.
Example: with 600 invoices a month and 2 minutes per invoice to check the detraction, the withholding and the entry in the ledgers, it gives back 20 hours a month (600 × 2 = 1,200 minutes). At your team’s loaded cost, your dashboard shows it in US$.
06 · Questions
About this coworker.
Does it file the return or pay SUNAT?
No. It prepares the ledgers and the calculations; a person files and pays with their own Clave SOL.
How do I know it applied a detraction or a withholding correctly?
Each calculation shows the rule and the rate it applied, so Accounting can verify it. If it is unsure about the type of operation, it flags it instead of guessing.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It does the repetitive calculation and cross-checking, and your accountant reviews and decides. Responsibility before SUNAT stays with the person who files.
