- A person makes the shortlist and every decision.
- Patricia, for the Cost Analyst opening I received 46 CVs. I sorted 12 that meet the mandatory requirements (3 years in costing and ERP experience) and marked the other 34 with the requirement that doesn’t show in their CV. None is rejected. Will you review them?
- Reviewed. I built the shortlist with 5. Schedule interviews with them this week with Rodrigo.
- I sent time proposals to the 5 for Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, based on Rodrigo’s calendar. I’ll tell you when they confirm. The other 41 get an acknowledgment of receipt until you decide.
- Perfect.
01 · What it does
The work it takes off your desk.
- Drafts the opening from the role profile and posts it where HR says.
- Sorts CVs against the profile requirements and shows the criteria, without rejecting anyone.
- Schedules interviews on the interviewer’s calendar and confirms with each candidate.
- Answers candidates about the status of their process and their questions.
- Leaves HR a summary of each candidate so a person can build the shortlist.
02 · How it works
Step by step.
- 01
Posts
Builds the opening from the role profile and receives the CVs.
- 02
Sorts
Matches each CV against the requirements and shows the criteria. It rejects no one.
- 03
Schedules
Coordinates the interviews and answers candidates. A person builds the shortlist.
03 · Approvals
What goes out alone and what goes through a person.
It starts supervised: every posting and every message to candidates goes through HR first. With evidence, it moves to by exception: scheduling and routine replies go out on their own. It never decides who moves forward, who is hired or who is turned down, and it does not sign offers or contracts: a person does.

05 · Hours given back
What it is worth, in hours and dollars.
Example: with 3 open roles a month, 40 CVs per role and 4 minutes to read and sort each CV, it gives back 8 hours a month (3 × 40 × 4 = 480 minutes). At your team’s loaded cost, your dashboard shows it in US$.
