- Approval
- Draft: HR approves. A person signs the payment.
- Claudia, the October payroll draft is ready: 412 workers and a gross total of S/ 1,284,600.00. Two things to review: 2 new hires without a bank account and the packing crew’s overtime, 35% more than last month.
- I’ll complete the new hires. The packing overtime is authorized, there was a campaign.
- Noted. Only the bank account of the 2 new hires is missing. With your approval, the PLAME draft is ready for a person to file with their Clave SOL.
- Perfect, I’ll tell you when I complete the new hires.
01 · What it does
The work it takes off your desk.
- Gathers the month’s attendance from your time clock or spreadsheet.
- Calculates overtime, lateness, leave and deductions under the rules HR defines.
- Drafts the payroll with each worker’s line items.
- Drafts the PLAME file from the payroll, for a person to file.
- Flags differences against last month: hires, exits, large variations and missing data.
02 · How it works
Step by step.
- 01
Gathers
Collects attendance, overtime, leave and deductions for each worker.
- 02
Calculates
Drafts the payroll and the PLAME file, and flags what changed against last month.
- 03
Hands it to you
HR reviews and approves the draft. A person files the PLAME and signs the payment.
03 · Approvals
What goes out alone and what goes through a person.
It starts supervised: every draft goes through HR first. With evidence, it moves to by exception: HR focuses on variations and missing data, and still approves every draft. A person files the PLAME with their own SUNAT credentials, a person signs the payment at the bank, and each worker’s pay is always set by a person.

05 · Hours given back
What it is worth, in hours and dollars.
Example: with 400 workers and 3 minutes per worker to gather attendance, calculate overtime and apply deductions, it gives back 20 hours a month (400 × 3 = 1,200 minutes). At your team’s loaded cost, your dashboard shows it in US$.
06 · Questions
About this coworker.
Can it file the PLAME with SUNAT?
No. It drafts the file, and a person files it with their own Clave SOL.
Who decides how much each worker is paid?
HR and your team. The agent applies the amounts and rules that already exist in the contracts and in your policies; it never sets or changes pay.
What if there is an error in the draft?
That is why HR approves every draft. The agent also flags differences against last month so they show up before payment.
