- Approval
- Policy answers: on its own. Documents with personal data: HR approves.
- Can you help me with an employment certificate for the bank?
- Of course, Pedro. I’m the HR assistant. The certificate holds personal data, so I prepare it and HR reviews it before it reaches you. Should it show only your position and start date, or your pay as well?
- Just position and start date.
- Done. I sent it to Patricia in HR for her sign-off. As soon as she approves it, I’ll send it to you here as a PDF.
01 · What it does
The work it takes off your desk.
- Answers policy questions on WhatsApp: vacation days, permissions, leave and CTS deposit dates.
- Handles vacation and permission requests and routes them to whoever approves.
- Prepares employment certificates and payslip copies for HR to review and hand over.
- Guides each new hire through their onboarding list: documents to deliver, induction and first days.
- Hands HR any question the policy can’t settle, with the full context.
02 · How it works
Step by step.
- 01
Listens
Takes the employee’s question on WhatsApp and sorts it: policy, request or document.
- 02
Resolves
Answers from your current policy, or opens the request and routes it to whoever approves.
- 03
Hands to HR
If the document holds personal data, it prepares it and waits for HR’s approval before handing it over.
03 · Approvals
What goes out alone and what goes through a person.
It starts supervised: every answer and every document goes through HR first. With evidence, it moves to by exception: policy answers go out on their own and documents with personal data still need HR’s approval. It never decides on hiring, firing, evaluations or pay: a person does.

05 · Hours given back
What it is worth, in hours and dollars.
Example: with 350 questions a month (vacation, payslips, certificates) and 6 minutes of handling per question, it gives back 35 hours a month (350 × 6 = 2,100 minutes). At your team’s loaded cost, your dashboard shows it in US$.
06 · Questions
About this coworker.
Can it see anyone’s salary?
No. It only shares a person’s data with that same person, and documents with personal data are approved by HR before they are handed over.
What if the policy doesn’t cover the question?
It doesn’t improvise. It passes it to HR with the context and tells the person that someone will reply.
Can it approve vacation or permissions?
No. It builds the request and routes it to whoever approves. Decisions about people are always made by a person.
