Logistics and Trade tracks your trucks and containers, gathers the shipping documents and warns you about delays before they happen.

- Internal alerts: on its own. Messages to outside operators: Logistics approves.
- Fernando, the freight forwarder closes documents for the Rotterdam shipment tomorrow at 12:00 and two are missing: the packing list and the carrier’s remission guide. Ruta Andina says its truck is running 6 hours late. Shall I ask for an extension of the cut-off?
- Yes, ask for an extension until 17:00 and write to Ruta Andina to send the guide by email today.
- Both drafts are ready: extension of the cut-off to 17:00 and a request for the guide by email today. Since they go to outside parties, they wait for your OK.
- OK, send them.
01 · What it does
The work it takes off your desk.
- Follows each truck and container with the information your logistics operators provide.
- Compares the promised date with the real one and alerts your team when a shipment is about to slip.
- Gathers the shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, remission guide and bill of lading.
- Checks that the documents agree with each other before they go out: amounts, weights and consignee.
- Drafts the message to the freight forwarder, carrier or shipping line when something needs rescheduling or clarifying.
02 · How it works
Step by step.
- 01
Tracks
Reads your operators’ updates and matches them against each shipment’s promised dates.
- 02
Gathers
Collects the documents for each shipment and checks that they agree with each other.
- 03
Alerts
Warns your team of a likely delay and leaves the message to the operator ready for Logistics to approve.
03 · Approvals
What goes out alone and what goes through a person.
It starts supervised: every alert and every message goes through Logistics first. With evidence, it moves to by exception: internal alerts go out on their own, and messages to outside operators are still approved by Logistics. It does not file with SUNAT or sign shipping documents: a person does that with their own credentials.

05 · Hours given back
What it is worth, in hours and dollars.
Example: with 30 active shipments a week and 30 minutes of tracking and document checks per shipment, it gives back 15 hours a week (30 × 30 = 900 minutes). At your team’s loaded cost, your dashboard shows it in US$.
06 · Questions
About this coworker.
Can it change a booking or a transport on its own?
No. It prepares the message and Logistics approves it before it goes to an outside operator.
Where does it get the trucks’ location?
From what your operators already send you: emails, WhatsApp messages and tracking files. It installs nothing on the trucks.
What happens if the documents don’t match?
It flags the difference (a different weight or amount, for example) and tells Logistics before the shipment leaves.
